Key characteristics of the Content Factory production cycle
Projects starting from 6 months
We structure projects with a minimum duration of 6 months. Why? A Content Factory is not a sprint — it’s a long-term system. The first months are dedicated to testing hypotheses, refining workflows, selecting the right creators, and training the team.
Meaningful results typically begin to appear in months 2−3, once the system is fully configured and operating efficiently. We build strategy with a six-month horizon to ensure a clear direction, measurable milestones, and defined growth opportunities.
Limited number of projects
We personally take on one new project per month, with a maximum of two. Anything beyond that would compromise the level of attention required for a successful launch. The greatest effort is concentrated during the initial phase: team alignment, content workflow setup, and technical implementation.
When larger projects enter the pipeline, we may pause onboarding new clients for one or two months. Quality over quantity remains our core principle.
